Return Policy (Returpolicy)

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not need to provide a reason, but the product must be unused and in original condition.

How to Return an Item

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original condition, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges (if the full order is returned). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at purchase, within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days) with a photo and description. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Perishable goods, such as food, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless unopened and in original condition.
